Directions To Place An Order by regular mail:
Print or copy the inventory #, description and price and mail by regular post. Never send credit card information by email. Be sure to include your phone number so I can call you back if there is any question concerning your order.

**NOTE: We ship only to customers in the United States. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. Currently we do not accept international credit card orders. If you do not live in the USA, payments will be limited to bank checks made out in U.S. Dollars (USD) to ArtElite, LLC. PRICING:
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Additional charges may apply for adjustments on one-of-a-kind items.
Every effort is made to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but sometimes mistakes do happen. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. Notification will be sent within 2 business days to the email address listed on the order. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.
Note: Due to fluctuations in the gold and silver markets, prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that if you order an item that would incur a price increase, your credit card will not be charged until after we have notified you of the price change and you authorize the increase. GUARANTEE:
All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
RETURN POLICY:
Non commissioned currently available art that is not created as a special or custom order may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Call before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Any scratched, altered, blemished, used/worn or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the item(s) were flawed due to our fabrication error. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
Custom order or commissioned art and jewelry. Pieces that are created as a special order and/or custom design, a custom order, or jewelry that requires modification such as ring sizing or exchanging stones and is ordered on a commission basis is not returnable. Our guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals (gold or silver). Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the stone colors and shape.
Any standard item that is customized (ring sizing, adding stones, changing stones, etc.) is not returnable for refund.
For your security, if you wish to return a non commissioned/non custom order, please return item(s) with an insured courier (USPS Insured, FedEx, UPS) and retain your shipping receipt. ArtElite, LLC is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
DELIVERY:
All items that are in stock will be shipped within one (1) to five (5) days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer in stock, due to a previous sale, the customer will be notified within two business days by email. Options for ordering a similar item will be included in this email notice and an alternative time frame will be suggested.
Custom/commission orders are usually delivered between three to six weeks of order depending on material availability and design considerations. A firm estimate of delivery will be discussed at time of order.
All jewelry is shipped USPS Express Mail, insured, using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and requires customer signature on delivery. USPS Express Mail is normally received next day with guaranteed delivery within two business days. If you are not available to accept delivery the USPS will leave a notice allowing you to have the package redelivered or to pick it up at the post office.
If purchase is made with a credit card, shipment will be made only to the billing address on the card, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs. Should you require shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason, please call or email for alternative solutions.

These fees are based on the total amount and weight of your order and are shipped USPS Express Mail, insured, using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Customer signature is required for delivery.

We guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of our art and jewelry and that all characterizations and descriptions are accurate. If you decide you do not want the items after purchase, you may return it within one week (7 days from date received) as long as the item has not been worn and is returned in original condition (see Return Policy). Only items in their original and unused condition may be returned. The price, minus shipping charges and credit card fees (if any), will be refunded gladly.

ALREADY SOLD…
Most of our work is one of a kind; however, if you found your way to this page because you really want a piece of our work that has already sold, we can usually customize a similar piece on request. We do not duplicate art that was previously created as a private commission, but you may inquire about a piece and we can work on a similar, but unique design.
All our work is hand fabricated, so there will be minor variations. Note that handcrafted art will include subtle differences, even when a design is reproduced. Please allow for these slight variations, as no two pieces of handmade art can be identical. Please do not hesitate to call or email if you want more information about what these slight differences might be.
If we cannot recreate the piece with a similar materials due to unavailability, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss alternatives. Your credit card will not be charged unless you authorize any changes. You may also cancel your order at that time if my suggestions for alternatives are not acceptable! Privacy Statement
ArtElite, LLC is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will never disclose, sell, rent or lease any information to any third party without your express permission unless required to do so by law. ArtElite, LLC does not collect any personally identifiable information except when knowingly provided by an individual during the order process. The following discloses my information gathering and dissemination practices.
Server logs
Like most web sites, ArtElite, LLC keeps server logs of accesses to the artelitedesigns.com site. These logs are used to determine what sections of the site are being accessed so that I can improve the site. The server logs that I use do not contain any personally identifiable information such as your name or email address.
Cookies
Cookies are bits of information that are stored on your computer by your browser. ArtElite, LLC does not set any cookies. However, links to external pages or other web sites may or may not set cookies. If information is collected by another web site, none of that information is ever requested by or shared with ArtElite, LLC.
Personal information
ArtElite, LLC does not collect personal information on consumers without their consent. In cases when such information is required in order to complete a sale, you are prompted to provide the minimum amount of information necessary.
When you Purchase Items
Personal information, such as your name, credit card number(s) and address/phone #, is never stored online, temporary storage is handled off-line and is deleted after the minimum period required by credit card processors.
When paying for a purchase by credit card, I an required, for credit verification and fraud protection reasons, to prompt you for your name, billing address, credit card number and expiration date, phone number and e-mail address. ArtElite, LLC shares your personal information only with my credit card processor so that I may validate your credit and protect myself against fraud. This information is encrypted to protect your privacy. I encourage you to speak with your credit card issuer to find out what additional policies they have in place to protect your personal information.
In cases where ArtElite, LLC has been the victim of credit card fraud, information will be shared with the appropriate law enforcement authorities and legal action will be pursued.
When paying by cash, check or money order, no personally identifiable information is required except a name and shipping address and that information is only retained for shipping and accounting purposes and is not shared with any third party.
SignUp List
You may request to be placed on our SignUp List and be notified when new art items become available by providing your email address. Submitting your email address for notification is completely voluntary and is offered as a service to you. If you choose to provide your email address, I will send periodic updates, usually three to four times a year. This information is never shared with any third party and is only used by ArtElite, LLC to provide update, sale or preview notices.
If you wish to be removed from this preview list, you may do so at any time by sending a blank email with "remove" in the subject line.
